 "Torchlight 2 is already sounding like a much larger game than the original. "People felt a little claustrophobic with the structure - Torchlight is just one town and a series of dungeons underneath. So the obvious remedy for that is to make big overworlds and different cities, so we're doing that," explains Max Schaefer, CEO of developer Runic Games in an inteview at Gamasutra."

This could be a real fun filler game until the MMO comes out or when D3 finally hits.

  Not a big Sims guy but this looks interesting!

I will say that the game is indeed polished after these 11 years..I still need to get back up to RTS speed but it is refreshing to play a well made PC game..

It's not the usual kind of thing that makes it to MFO's front page, but I found this to be an interesting and thought provoking read, and knowing our members, I think you'll agree!
